Training is the front door. Once a team sees what AI does with their own work, the repeat jobs stand out on their own. Those are the ones worth turning into automations that run without anyone lifting a finger. That build work is the second offer. It is where the hours come back.

Do you train on Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT?
Both, and Claude and Gemini too. The training is tool-agnostic. Where IT has cleared only Copilot, I work with Copilot. Where you have others, I use those. Whatever your firm is allowed to use, I build the session around it.
How long is a session?
Sessions run from a short taster to a half day, set around the size of your team and the work you want to cover. The shape is agreed on the discovery call.
Is our client data safe when the team uses AI?
It depends on the tool and the licence tier. Part of the training is knowing which tools clear IT and how to use them without exposing client or tenant data. Valuation liability is part of that.
Do you work in person or remotely?
Both. I am based in Brockenhurst and work in person across Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and London, or online for teams further afield.
